Could not have had a better experience at this dealership! Alex was attentive but did not press us. He answered questions and gave the best price for the vehicle. He was very accommodating and even turned on the AC before we arrived so we’d have a comfortable test drive! Would highly recommend and would return for next vehicle!

Bought a car form Alex, out of state and sight unseen excpet for the pictures online. Alex was a huge help to get the deal done, no hassles. vehicle was/is as he described. Def worth the trip to Wakefield for the vehicle. Thank you Alex!! would purchase another vehicle off Alex.

This was by far the best and most knowledgeable dealership I’ve ever worked with. Unlike most used dealers, they knew exactly how to apply the EV federal tax credit at the point of sale—which saved us a ton of time and money. They even stayed late to accommodate our schedule, gave us plenty of time to test drive without ever making us feel rushed, and walked us through the paperwork with impressive knowledge and clarity. Truly above and beyond service—I can’t recommend them enough! I plan to buy our next car here as it was the best experience we’ve have from buying a car. Thanks again!

After doing my research trying to find an Acura MDX I could afford, I stumbled on Wakefield Auto site. I spoke with Alex and he let me know he was holding the one listed for another client but would circle back if it became available. It did and I raced over to give it a test drive. Alex was patient and took time to walk me through the car's features. Their credit app is online which is super convenient and I put a deposit down and started to move forward. Well I got cold feet and admitted that as much as I thought it was my dream car it was really too big for me. No pressure- Alex was kind and told me he would refund and mail me my deposit (which he did-saving me a trip back to Wakefield). He said, he'd rather I be sure it was a good fit and understood it was a big purchase. Highly recommend, no hard sell, honest and easy to do business with. Great selection of cars at all price points.

They were all AMAZING! Dan, JD, and even Alex (who checked in on his day off) went above and beyond to help me with a Honda Pilot I was interested in. The paperwork was quick and easy, and the whole process was very efficient—truly A1 service. They also did a few things they didn’t have to, but it showed how much they care. They gave me a hitch they had for the Pilot and even mailed me some personal belongings I had accidentally left in my trade-in. I’m deeply grateful for the outstanding service, and I’ll definitely be back. Their cars are also very reasonably priced!

I bet I’m like many people. I don’t trust used car dealers. At least not until I’ve gotten to know them and I see how they work. Wakefield Auto Gallery really surprised me in that respect. While looking for a nice low mileage SUV for a family member he we decided to stop on and see their inventory. I’ve never been there before or purchased a car from them, but as soon as I got there, I immediately felt at ease when I met Alex. He obviously knows his stuff! He was not trying to simply sell me a car, instead, he listened to my needs and showed me cars that fit the bill. Including my strict budget. The Kia Sorrento we settled on was a nice clean beautiful car just as he said it was. There were some bumps along the road as far as financing, but Alex helped straighten them out and made this an extremely pleasant experience. we love the car and his awesome follow up. Wil definitely shop at Wakefield Auto Gallery again!

I shopped the big dealers for awhile but could not believe the prices they were asking for their cars so when I found Wakefield Auto Gallery I was pleased with their prices and they have a great selection and the cars are very clean. Danny and Rick were great to deal with, no pressure, honest and very informative. This car shopping experience was by far the best I've had and would recommend to stop by and check them out. I had never had any experience with a small dealership before and was pleasantly surprised by the no pressure attitude of these guys! Fatih, Rick and Danny all went above and beyond to make our experience as painless as possible. Fatih made us feel comfortable and made sure that we knew exactly what we were getting in the 2007 Lexus IS 250. Danny, the owner, gave us different options for financing and it was clear that he wanted to do what was best for us. There was an issue with the breaks on the new car. When I brought it back they fixed it at no charge, no questions asked. These guys are real honest people and they take good care of their customers! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality used car!

When my wife and I needed to find a new car, I did a lot of searching around online, and talked to more than one sales rep who told me things that didn't add up to me. I was very pleasantly impressed then when I met Rick and Danny at Wakefield Auto Gallery. Not only did they really price their cars fairly, there was no mystery about dealing with them - they were very straightforward. Buying a used car for me is not about hoping for a perfect car - they just don't exist. What's more important to me is how a dealer stands behind their name, and Wakefield did just that when my mechanic found a couple of small things before we closed. They stepped right up, took care of the issues, and we have had zero problems with our car in the 8 months we've owned it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
